Producers chose Manchester because of its resemblance to 1940s New York City with its high buildings dating from pre-WW2 and the site is a shortlisted UNESCO world heritage site. In 2010, the car chase scene in Captain America: The First Avenger was filmed on Dale Street in the Northern Quarter. In 1943, Steve Rogers is selected to be injected with Erskine's Super Soldier Serum, but Hydra mole Heinz Kruger kills Erskine before attempting to escape from the shop. Abraham Erskine and Howard Stark worked on Project Rebirth.

Avengers: Age of Ultron production designer Charles Wood built an enormous set for the film, one of the largest sets ever built for an MCU film, which featured multiple connected environments and levels. Destroyed versions of the building are seen in the Void as well as an alternate reality where Ultron defeats the Avengers. Tony Stark later sells the building to an unnamed buyer, whose identity remains unknown as of Hawkeye. The building is originally owned by Stark Industries before serving as the headquarters of the Avengers until the Battle of Sokovia.

Porsche's headquarters at Aerotropolis Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia doubled as the compound in Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming, with Trixter completely redesigning the facility for its appearance in Homecoming. The interior of the facility was digitally created by Method Studios in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Originally a warehouse owned by Stark Industries used to store equipment, it is transformed into the new headquarters of the Avengers in 2015 before being destroyed by an alternate version of Thanos in 2023, with its ruins serving as the battleground for the subsequent Battle of Earth. The Avengers Compound, also known as the New Avengers Facility, is the primary base of operations of the Avengers in Upstate New York following the Battle of Sokovia. There is a 18/128 chance of rolling the general seed drop table. There is a 7/128 chance of rolling the herb drop table. The average Black Knight Titan kill is worth 255.18. The following drop rates are provided by Jagex, unless otherwise specified. The Black Knight Titan is considered a Hill Giant for clue scrolls and Slayer tasks. Excalibur is not required when fighting him there. He can be fought in the Nightmare Zone after the quest is complete.

When he is killed, players will receive a message saying: "Well done, you have defeated the Black Knight Titan!" He also must be fought every time the player wants to pass him until Sir Percival becomes king. Players will only gain one experience for every point of damage they deal against him (this is not the case when fighting the Black Knight Titan in the Nightmare Zone). Players can also use a halberd from two squares away to melee him without taking damage. Since the titan is immobile, players with a fast weapon may employ a hit-and-run technique to kill the titan without being hit. This means either the finishing blow must be dealt using Excalibur, or (if using a delayed attack such as magic or ranged) Excalibur must be switched to before the blow hits him.

If the player is not holding Excalibur as his hitpoints reach 0, he regenerates back to full hitpoints and players must kill him again. He should be fought with Melee, as he has exceedingly high Ranged and Magic defence. He is reasonably powerful for his level but his attacks are inaccurate and very slow. The Black Knight Titan is encountered during the Holy Grail quest.
